Chef Duff Goldman of Ace of Cakes
will be appearing at this year's Southern Home Garden and Gourmet Expo on the Celebrity Stage, January 16, 2010 and again on January 17, 2010 at the Agricenter.
During his appearances, Chef Duff will be conducting a "Cake Off" among area cake decorators. Come out to see these exciting creations and cheer on your favorite bakery!
Chef Duff Goldman has been cooking since the age of four, when his Mom caught him in the kitchen watching Chef Tell and swinging around a meat cleaver. A few years later, his culinary curiosity almost cost him a finger when he decided the best way to carve a pumpkin was with the largest knife he could find in the kitchen. Despite the incident, Chef Duff found his calling and started working professionally when he was just 14 and has never turned back.

Brian Santos, the Wall Wizard, will be educating and entertaining guests all three days with his informative paint workshops.
